2019-20 ഇമിേേഗ്രഷന്‍ പ്രോഗ്രാം ഇയറിലെ ഒക്യുപേഷന്‍ സീലിംഗ് ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയയിലെ ഷോര്‍ട്ടേജ് ഒക്യുപേഷന്‍ ലിസ്റ്റിലെ (എസ്ഒഎല്‍) ഒക്യുപേഷനുകളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയയിലെ ജിഎസ്എമ്മിനായി വര്‍ഷം തോറും ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് കുടിയേറ്റക്കാരാണ് അപേക്ഷിക്കാറുളളത്. എന്നാല്‍ എസ്ഒഎല്ലിലെ ഓരോ ഒക്യുപേഷന്‍ ഗ്രൂപ്പിനും ഓരോ പ്രാവശ്യവും ഒരു നിശ്ചിത എണ്ണം ഇന്‍വിറ്റേഷനുകള്‍ മാത്രമേ ഇഷ്യൂ ചെയ്യാന്‍ സാധിക്കാറുള്ളൂ. ഈ പരിധിയിയെയാണ് ഒക്യുപേഷന്‍ സീലിംഗ് എന്ന് വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
